DEFINE
Every successful project begins with a clear vision. In this phase, we take the time to understand how you live, what’s working, and—just as importantly—what’s not. Through thoughtful conversation and targeted questions, we uncover your priorities, personal style, and the functional needs of your household. Whether you're optimizing a forever home or transforming a newly purchased property, this discovery phase lays the foundation for a design that feels effortless, elevated, and entirely your own.
DESIGN
With a deep understanding of both form and function, 29 & Design carefully evaluates the structure of your space to determine what’s possible—and what’s optimal. As a fully equipped design studio, we create comprehensive floor plans, lighting and electrical layouts, and three-dimensional renderings to clearly communicate the vision and ensure every decision is informed and intentional.
Once the ideal layout is established, we curate a full palette of finishes, fixtures, and furnishings tailored to your architectural style and personal preferences. This is where your vision begins to take shape—and where we begin handling the heavy lifting. From technical planning to design details, we manage the process with precision so you can stay focused on your life while we bring your home to life.
DELIVER
Once the design is approved, 29 & Design coordinates proposals and timelines with our trusted network of licensed and insured contractors. We act as your dedicated liaison throughout the construction phase, ensuring clear communication and flawless execution that honors both the vision and the timeline.
You’ll receive regular updates without having to manage the day-to-day details, giving you peace of mind and the confidence that every decision is being handled with care. While construction is underway, we work with you to finalize and procure all furnishings so the transition from renovation to relaxation is effortless. From the first swing of the hammer to the final styling of your space, we’re with you every step of the way.
