McQ & Co. was brought on by a local developer to design the interior finishes for this ground-up new construction in Richmond’s prestigious Westham neighborhood. The goal: to create a sophisticated, high-impact home that would stand out in a competitive luxury market and appeal to discerning buyers seeking elevated, move-in-ready design.

Our work began early in the construction process, allowing us to thoughtfully guide every fixed design decision—from millwork profiles to cabinetry, lighting, hardware, tile, and paint selections. The result is a cohesive, high-end aesthetic tailored to modern living, with a focus on lasting style, livable function, and investment value.

Main Level Design
With a generous open-concept layout on the first floor, we prioritized flow, natural light, and visual continuity. A soft, refined palette sets the tone for timeless sophistication while allowing architectural details and finishes to shine.

The kitchen was designed as a true focal point—balancing performance with elegance.
